CoordinatorLayout + AppBarLayout + NestScrollView 向上滑动卡顿问题解决方案

在项目中用到了,向上滑动的时候,顶部悬停一个View,使用了:CoordinatorLayout + AppBarLayout + NestScrollView 。但是出现了向上滑动之后卡顿的情况,找 了好多解决方案不管用,这个是最靠谱的一个。
解决方案 (里面很详细的讲解了原理等一堆东西。)
