Dear review team: after receiving the rejection reason you returned, we carefully verified the internal of the application and found that there was no problem with what you said. In order to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding, we have specially provided relevant qualification certificates and the following instructions:
1. Is your application limited to users belonging to the same company? This may include users of company partners, employees, and contractors.
No, our application can provide services for different units or companies. According to the attributes of the user's unit or company, it can be divided into government unit personnel, township personnel, one village and two committees, individual industrial and commercial households, enterprise employees and other identity categories.
2. Is your application designed for a limited or specific group of companies?
No, all functions are open. The application can be used by government personnel, township learners, one village and two committees, individual industrial and commercial households, all enterprise employees and other trainees.
3. What functions (if any) in the application are available to the public?
All functions of the application are open to government personnel, township personnel, one village and two committees, individual industrial and commercial households and enterprise employees free of charge. Unregistered tourists can only see some information and news on the home page. The application cannot record personal information and learning information.
4. Determine which countries or regions you plan to release the application in.
The application plans to expand China to China.
5. How do users get accounts?
According to the source of users, APP users are divided into government unit personnel, township learners, one village two committees, individual industrial and commercial households and enterprise employees. Among them, Chinese government unit personnel, township learners, one village two committees and individual industrial and commercial households can register and obtain accounts independently; Chinese enterprise employees import student information through the management end through the super administrator account of the enterprise. The super administrator account of the enterprise is obtained by the enterprise manager offline from the relevant personnel of the government unit. (see Annex)

The app does not have a pay feature. All functions are free of charge for users.
