Good afternoon sir/interviewer. My name is Tina lei. According to the JD, it seems you are looking for a sales assitan person.which nearly seem as my last job, just called differently.
My last job is taking charge of the customer service window which includes 3 major parts
The first part is Receive customer's purchase order and commit ETA.
The second part is when I given the commit to them, I need do what I can do to meet the commitment.such as push buyer to pull in material, check with engineer if the system done, coordinate with manufacturing team if the machines available.
The third part is when the goods in warehouse, need arrange shipment base on customer's request with no delay.
This is the partial working I'm doing in last job and I guess it should be in line with what you require. I was wondering, could you be more specific about what this job will be requiring?
