Get to the point, Today I am not only back, but more importantly thing is I have a surprise plan.

Firstly, I want to start by saying why I have this surprise plan?
As you all know, Before our responsible handsome Li Qiang became the VPE, I have been the VPE assistant to our professional and beautiful karen. When I was an assistant of VPE, the most difficult task was to count who went to the regular meeting or not , who attends the most regular meetings in a month, and who could get the most rewards for attending the meeting. In order to statistics, I had to find the group photo of each meeting, and then observe one by one to write yes or no on the form. Especially when there are a lot of people, It's easy for me to make statistical mistakes, because it requires a lot of focus and patience. So for me,I want to change .I don't know if you have any feeling, looking at the excel table only to show the final result every month form every VPE ,you can't feel any warm feelings,just so many yes or no. So cold to me .no feelings,like the excel robot. Present YYYY ,Emma NNNN, I wanted everyone to feel inspired and ritual at every meeting. For every members,I want to change .

Secondly, I want to talk a little bit about where my inspiration came from?
I am a teacher in a primary school, In addition to my daily teaching, my job is how to motivate students to participate more actively in class or finish their homework.I found that not only was I tired if I counted how many times they answered the right questions or did the right homework, but also they didn't pay much attention. if they count by themselves, stickers to themselves and accumulate them, then go to exchange prizes with me, the enthusiasm of the children will be very high, at the same time,I also will be more relaxed.In toastmasters,I was thinking that it would be great if such incentives could not only reduce our VPE workload, but also motivate our members to participate in regular meetings. So I came up with a surprise plan, would you like to know?

It’s from lovely Emma, In our high tech toastmaster ,every member have there own identity card just like this. On the left is life photo, on the right is selfintroduction. I want to turn this picture into a postcard. The front of the postcard does not change. But on the back, I want to let members count how many meetings they attend each month. Like this, today’s meeting is the first meeting on September, Emma is back, so here she can get the stamp from VPE liqiang. And there are 6 months, that is, we can count the attendance times of a member for half a year, and then we can accumulate to see all the experiences after we joined the toastmasters. Such as in this meeting , l do have a speech . I can write “speaker” here.make a question, If For liqiang , he can write “TM” in his own postcard.
