The weather was a bit cold but good for football.
08:20 to 10:20
I observed and helped another class.
10:20 to 12:20
We had about 28 players and I worked with 10 players of D class beginners.
1/Warmup~We did running and dribbling with the ball in a marked area.We also did ball familiarisation drills.
2/Technical Drills~The training content was about running with the ball under control,dribbling and passing.
3/We played a 5v5 match where players tried to implement some of the drills learnt.
31/03/2019
The weather was a bit warm and good for football session.
08:20 to 10:20
I did observation and assisting other classes and played a game with other players from a senior class.
10:20 to 12:20
We had about 30 players and divided.I worked with 13 players.
1/Warmup~ We did dribbling and running with the ball in a marked area where players where players would run with the ball in and around the small goals dotted around a marked pitch.
2/Technical Drills~The training content was about ball control,change direction whereby players where running with the ball from opposite sides before changing direction in the centre.
We played 2 games that is 3v3 and 4v3
There is a lot of work required but the players were trying to implement some of the drills learnt in a match situation.
The player in possession of the ball was the most improved.
