Spend some time on the internet it’s ok because everyone can’t get off the internet in present. We need to use the internet to do some social activity, such as communicate with our friends. Because of the virus, we need to use the internet to study.

However, spend a lot time on the internet is unhealth for our body and it will hurt our eyes, too. Many children wear glasses when their young, of course maybe it appears to run in family but the most important is they use computer, phone and other electronic products in long time.

And another disadvantage is you will hurt you interpersonal relationship if you always use internet to talk with your friend but not face to face.
