本地安装XAMPP，新增站点时出现403，解决方案

以上为显示内容，

解决思路：基本是文件夹权限问题

原始站点Directory配置：

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks

AllowOverride all

Order allow,deny

Allow from all

修改后配置

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes ExecCGI

AllowOverride all

Require all granted

Order allow,deny

Allow from all

重启apache访问成功
