这句话看着有点长，我们把主干拎一下：

“将”可以是be expected to...
The Census is expected to provide scientific and accurate statistical information support
其实support放在这里意义不大，可以拿掉：
The Census is expected to provide scientific and accurate statistical information
接下来处理补充成分：为开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程
可以把它处理为短语:
for the drive of embarking on a new journey toward fully building a modern socialist country
感觉the drive of有点多余，特别是后面两个动词ing形式，不够简洁。所以尝试把for the drive of换成as it embarks on a new journey of ...这样的结构。
这句话可以单独处理，也可以把它与第一句合并：
China started/launched its seventh national population census in November 2020, which is expected to provide scientific and accurate statistical information as the country embarks on a new journey of fully building a modern socialist country/building a modern socialist country in all respects.
第三句

既然是做主语，肯定要处理成名词形式：

“人口普查”我们这里换了表达，显得丰富点儿，而这也是新华社英文版里出现的表达：

第四句

还是先找主干：我国经济正处于攻关期。
转变发展方式、优化经济结构、转换增长动力的——“攻关期”的修饰成分；
所谓“攻关期”指的是这个时期至关重要、非常关键，所以我们可以用crucial；
“当前”可以用now/currently, 或者甚至不去处理，直接用时态体现就行了：

再来看修饰成分，比较长，可以考虑处理为从句, 其中有3个并列成分
“转换增长动力”可以理解Wie把旧的增长动力换成新的：replace old growth drivers with new ones

这句话很长，我们要先弄清楚它的内在逻辑，大概结构是这样的:
及时查清...., 摸清...., 才能更加准确地...., 为....提供强有力的支持；
看到“才能...”，我们几乎就能本能地给它加上“只有”了，也就是：
只有及时查清..., 摸清...，才能更加准确地...
直接用倒装：
Only by...., can we/China....
“查清、摸清”一个意思，可以只处理一次：gain timely access to...
“这一基本国情”不要被“这一”给迷惑了，明明有人口总量、结构、分布这三个要素嘛，所以要处理为复数：such fundamentals of the country as the population size, structure and distribution, as well as the demographic structure，can China...
