    Communication is significant in a organization.It is the premise of understanding and only when we understand each other  can we be united. Often,people do not show his own different opinion in a group and just follow others.The reason may be that the leader is too tough and stick to himself or he is excessively responsible,ignoring to encourage the other group members.No matter what,though with a lot of opposing words and proposals in your mind,you just hide it and do as what is arranged.In fact,as a unit,if you want to make progress,every member should be honest and open to others.You may think different,it's a good thing because that is just the chance to show your value in the group.At the meantime,the leader may not realize something and need you to remind him.He may already have been tired of making all the decision himself.So,it doesn't matter what your idea is ,just speak it out and let the other members know that.
