Picture the scene: boisterous[1] youngsters scramble for a seat in front of a *rudimentary *[2]screen made of a simple white sheet, before staring attentively at the images projected on a sweltering [3] summer evening.

On hearing the words “Here comes the movie!” from Luo, numerous locals would rush for the best seats in the makeshift[11] cinema, eager for the film to start. Some villagers would even skip their dinners to make sure they got the best view possible.
当听到罗衍宗喊“来看电影喽！”，许多当地人就会跑出家门寻找这临时电影院的最好的座位，期待着电影开始放映。一些村民甚至会不吃晚饭保证他们能够找到尽可能好的观影视角。
“Luo is a real good man,” acclaimed residents, appreciative of his arduous[12] efforts over the years in bringing a bit of culture into their lives.
