android studio run 找不到设备 虚拟机 select deployment target

could not read ok from ADB Server

具体原因是 5037端口被占用了。

netstat -ano | findstr "5037" 

查看详情

tasklist /fi  "PID eq 9164"

杀进程

taskkill /PID 8492 /f

杀不了自己找


再重启一下adb

adb start-server
