Solution

  I Know myself more clearly about my procrastination and cravings. Eating a lot of decious food doesn't bring long term healthy happiness , although it's human nature and a kind of instinctive pathway.  When we are obsessed with the fried food and stimulatactive video, it is our brain  chemicals that convey a signal that there is nothing I want to do but eating or enjoying the games because our mind interprets the continuous dopamine as this is the most exciting and desiring things among all of others, which we rationally consider it detrimental for long term success and heath.

So that my solution is  when eating without limitations, no watching , when feel no motivation to do anything , just take off because it's rituals that increase the level of happiness by balancing study time and relax time and in fact, the enjoyment of ritual is often neglected thus we need to remind ourselves where are my from and why I am here.

Today with the "procrastination", I literally get some leisure and rest well, without anxiety and nearly breakdown. In another way, it is lucky to "compelled"rest dealing with the overstress and know the scientific way to be with myself, which will contribute to my ability of handling challenges in the future.
