So, First of all, please, let me introduce myself. I am——nobody.（笑点） I'm just a representative of GN Toastmasters, I am Libra, Frank, Mark, Steven in this vedio.
To be honest, I am very nervous now. The last time that I was so nervous was when I was proposing to my ex-girlfriend.（笑点） The last and last time was when I was interviewed to join GN.（笑点）

That was five years ago, I was too young too navie then（笑点）. Mr. Hans Kristian asked me what would you do if your manager disagree with you?
I wanna ask the same question here, will you say no to your manager?（互动，等答案！）
OK, as a typical Chinese, I gave the same answer: no no no, I follow your direction. （笑点） Surprisingly, he told me that I ought to say no to my manager, since I know more details than my manager, sometimes. Point is: How dare I?（笑点）
Now, he is not my manager any more, he's my manager's manager's manager（笑点）.Oh, I am so sad that I never said no to him at all.(笑点)

Anyway, that was the first lesson that I learned about GN company culture: Be open minded, encourage, empower and challenge people.
If you step into GN TM, you will find very similar value and culture there.
头马在做什么
In toastmaster, we encourage people to stand upto the stage and speak out, no matter how awful he speaks. （笑点）
We have our own service team, we cooperate, coordinate and communicate, we simplify process. We made the club filled with GN element. We speak more, hear more, do more and be more.（吹捧，此刻需要掌声!）
Someone asked me how free you are to join this club. Now, I'd like to tell him, no, we are not Free. We are very expensive（笑点）. But we spend our precious spare time to serve people.
头马取得了什么成绩
In TM, you will find someone who cannot say a word in the begining and finally can speak fluently.
In TM you cannot imagine how good one can speak if you simply judge from his appearance. I wont tell you his name is Chris.（笑点）
Even for tonight, the two hosts are key teammumbers of GN Toastmasters.
Last sunday, we took part in a competition in XM. At first, when we tell them that we are from GN toastmaster. They said ：who?（笑点） Finally, we won 3 First prizes，1 Second prize and 1 Third prize.

It's an amazing place with some amazing people in an amazing company with amazing culture.（吹捧，此刻需要掌声！）
