It has been the sixth year I was urged by my parents. It has been the second year I have joined in Toastmasters.How can I balance them?
At the beginning,there are three reasons that pushed me join in Toastmasters.The first is to improve my skills of speech. The second is to know more excellent people.The third is to come across Mr Right.The third one has not happened.As a result,I have improved meself a lot and thanks to Toastmasters and all of you.
At the beginning of 2019,When I was walking with one of my good friends,I asked her about new target of new year.She wanted to find a boy friend and get married.How will you realise it?Maybe one day I will be hit by a car.And the driver will be my husband."Don't you think it's blackmail namely pengci?"
There are two people talking about marriage in my mind.A said "when you are single,you can do your favourite things,sketeching,yoga,reading and travelling "B said,when you have a boy friend,you can do the above things with himand become happier.A said some of your friends have been married,have been divorced and have got a baby.B said,more friends have their family and they can fight for their family.Step into the new period of life.It's good time to experience the new days of life.(演讲时候没有提到这一段，时间限制)
Recently I learned about OKR. The method principle can help me look for Mr Right better.Mange life's goal with the method of goal management.
The similarity between looking for a boy friend and OKR.They all need self-driving to adjust goals according to the environment flexibly. In this process,you can know yourself better. This can't reuse other's experience simply,you should start your imagination and face failure.
You may be confused why can't I wait for Mr Right instead of looking for him.Will it become utilitarian? Then I will tell you.Good boys are scarce resources.If you don't become active,they will become other's husbands.The second is that you become single due to social circle. You should face reality and change it. The third is that you should realize all the members in your family to look for Mr Right. Quality is based on quantity.
How can we use OKR to find Mr right?We should be clear the objective is your ideal objective instead of a man.We should focus on ideal objective instead of business-as-usual blind date.
How can we define and quantify our objective? We can consider the ones we appreciated in the past and get the image of our objectives.For example,he likes sports and English sports.This is the image of his character.He is taller than 175cm.This is the image of his outlook.
We should set a radical goal and don't give up ideal type.What's more,we should share with people around us and the expectation of our objective.
The fourth is that we should set key results to support our goals.For example ,our goal is looking for for man who likes sports and English speech taller than175 cm.Key results should be three steps.Key results 1 is looking for the objective and share with your requirement with your friends.When you find the person who is qualified.Start connections. Step 2 is online connections to offline connections. Date with him by travelling,reading and so on.Step 3 is to know each other better in the concepts and characters and so on.
Wish you all come across your Mr Right and become happier in future.
