The contents of part one really stress me out, as the author mentions the rigid background of the methodology of deep work that the more value jobs in the future would be owned by those who are high-skilled workers and are devoted to the Intelligent machines. It seems like a permanent paradox that whether students majored in social science or in nature science would be the winners in the following years. Although we can easily conclude from our tendency of world developments that high-skilled workers majored in nature science could obtain more opportunities to lure more benefits in our society, I still insist that there should be some balance between these two segments. Thus, I’m eager to see how the author would offer us a useful tool to protect ourselves from being wept out by the digital world dominated by those high-skilled people and companies.
