I’m looking for a new apartment recently but it’s not so urgent and necessary for me. I might spend sometime to search for information about house renting just on the spur of the moment. Today I came across renting information on the phone and then called the agent to show me their house. Three guys served me and I was satisfied with the house but not satisfied with the location and the price.
The three agents joined this renting company a few months ago and this deal is rather important for them which is like their life-saving straw. I suddenly recalled the process of achieving my first deal after I joined the new company. I was like the ant on a hot pan when I informed the customer to pay the tuition but they put off once again.
I told these agents I needed time to decide but they forced me to pay the deposit which annoyed me. They didn’t ask me my worries. And at that moment, I suddenly realized I often forced my customer to pay the tuition but seldom learnt about their worries. There was no wonder most of them didn’t reply my message or told me they would think about it once again.
After I became one salesman, I cared about the moment particularly when I was a customer and would grab the feeling to think about what my customers would feel when I served them like this. It’s a good way for me to reflect on the services I ever provided.
