-pony：

矮种马，根据国际马联（international federation for equestrian sports，FEI）的定义，149cmor151cm以下的成年马便可以称为pony。

特征是鬃毛、马尾、体毛较厚，小短腿，骨质较重，脑袋小，脖子粗等。他们天资聪明，性情温顺，适应性强，耐渴耐劳，容易与人亲近。

-词句解析-
