针对一些normalize.css问题进行了一些改进，官方网站为modern-normalize。
需要特别注意的是，浏览器兼容性方面，作者真实任性！！！

IE and Edge will never be supported though.

与normalize.css的不同

• 只有一半大小
• 只对最新版的Chrome、Firefox和 Safari进行处理
• 不强制要求buttons和inputs使用font-family: sans-serif (已不准确normlize.css已经修改)
• 设置box-sizing: border-box
