I have seen a official promote video from German online many years ago, at the end of video, there are many different people play different role in the society, and one scentence really inspire me which is "your are the German", which mean every German build this country, it make me feel that every individual is been respected.
And another day, I read a book which said if you want to visit one friend, you have to book in advance that kind of staff, which show that you care about personal space, for me, I think is really important.
