《The Serenity Prayer》
God grant me the serenity 上帝请赐予我宁静
to accept the things I cannot change; 接受那些我无法改变的事情；
courage to change the things I can; 给我勇气改变那些我可以改变事情；
and wisdom to know the difference. 给我智慧看清这两者之间的差别。

Living one day at a time; 生活在某一天的一个时刻；
Enjoying one moment at a time; 享受在一个瞬间；
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; 接受和平途径的困难；
Taking, as He did, this sinful world 像他一样得说话，这个罪恶的世界
as it is, not as I would have it; 正因为如此，还不如我拥有它；
Trusting that He will make all things right 信任他将尽一切事情的权利
if I surrender to His Will; 如果我顺从他的意志；
That I may be reasonably happy in this life 我也可以合理得在此生命中愉快
and supremely happy with Him 与他极乐；
Forever in the next. 永远在未来
