Day 100:)Do you agree that all jobs should employ the same number of men and women?

In today's highly developed society,there is still gender discrimination in job market.Some scorned the employment market that women are often hired less than men only due to the sex,which can't be tolerated.From my perspective,the number of hired employees of different sex is associated with various elements besides sex because women and men both have their own advantages and disadvantages which meet needs of different jobs.
