首次使用会配置cpan，选择no，不使用自动配置，
或使用 o conf init 配置cpan：

//这一步寻找国内镜像
将所有not found模块按照这种方式安装完毕,执行perl checksetup.pl生成一个localconfig文件

vi localconfig
修改db_driver db_name db_user.......

vi /etc/appache2/appache2.conf

通过编辑.htaccess 文件并用“#”注释掉顶部“Options -Indexes”这一行，重启我们的apache服务并测试安装情况。
PS:
1、mysql-config问题：
下载mysql dev工具：
apt-get install libmysqld-dev
apt-get install libmysqlclient-dev
2、Internal Server Error
cd /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/
vi cgi.load
LoadModule cgi_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_cgi.so
3、777权限
chmod 777 -R bugzilla
/etc/init.d/apache2 start
/etc/init.d/apache2 stop
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
/etc/init.d/mysql start
/etc/init.d/mysql stop
/etc/init.d/mysql restart
