Stuart comes to Central Park. He is attracted by a schooner Wasp. Then he asks the owner to work on the schooner. The owner makes a deal with Stuart. He will let Stuart sail the Wasp if Stuart can beat the Lillian B. Womrath. Stuart agrees it and presents his plan.
