There are some differences between a Chinese class and an American class.

In China, students can not call teacher name straightly.
We must take notes while listening to class.
And we must raise our hands before take the floor until being permitted.
In American, students can sit face-to-face around the table.
Thus the class atmosphere is more relaxing.
You can drink water whenever you want.
And you can raise a question freely without teacher's permission.
I think it's very relaxing when study in American class.
On the other hand, Chinese class is more orderly.
