安装位置
- 实验室台式机虚拟机Ubuntukylin17.10
软件包依赖
- QT4 或 QT5
- Cube（>=4.3）
- Python3
- PyQT
- MatPlotlib
安装过程
- 安装Qt4或Qt5
sudo apt-get install qt4-default
sudo apt-get install qt5-default
sudo apt-get install qt4-dev-tools
sudo apt-get install qt5-dev-tools
- 安装python3
sudo apt-get install python3
- 安装PyQt
sudo apt-get install pyqt4-dev-tools
sudo apt-get install pyqt5-dev-tools
- 安装Cube
下载Cube源码包cube-4.3.tar.gz
./configure
make
make all
使用QT5的话编译过程中会出现一些问题，选用Qt4能正常编译
- 安装 MatPlotLib
sudo apt-get install python3-pip
sudo python -m pip install -U pip
sudo python -m pip install -U matplotlib
编译Extra-P
mkdir build
cd build
../configure --with-cube=/opt/cube CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/include/python3.6m/"
make
make install
score-P配置安装
mkdir build
cd build
../configure
make
make install
