The training on the Saturday and Sunday the was a warm and nice weather.
On the first session I was training the team B they have a nice level of football. the assistant coach did warm up that involved the team-work and working together without the ball.
After we did a session that involves running with a ball and pass it from one place to another place and try to use both legs and then we started to count how many times they can pass in 2 min it increased gradually that which show a very nice improvement of players in giving a nice pass and direct one to designated players.
Then we did small exercise that helps the kids who play in defenses how to cooperate and defend as well as the pone who plays in attacking to talk to each other by playing 3vs2 they helped them to know how to communicate during the game and in any situation
then they played a game with another team where the results were nice because of the training we did.
On the second session we did the numbers is increasing gradually when I had more that 30 players with 3 coaches
where in my group we started with a warm up with a ball since it is a bit hot so we used mostly the ball where mostly the coaches has to kick the ball and the kids has to try to try dribble you, then we did an exercise of dribbling passing in the cons after they got used to it then we started doing the same exercise and then pass the ball. We introduced a competition to make it more serious after where they have to do it 2mins and there was an improvement with time
then we played 5 vs 5 where they had to score after giving a pass. We finished with combination of all the players from the 3groups and did a stretching
then we finished as one team and saying 加油。
