Before you actually create a PPT,you should brainstorm your main points. To brainstorm means to quickly think of ideas or ways to solve a problem.

Outline your PPT

Once you've brainstormed some ideas, you can begin to outline your PPT. To outline something means to plan out the general order or structure of it. Outlining your PPT helps you arrange the basic order of your points.

Structure your PPT

After you've outlined your PPT,you need to structure it. To structure something means to organize or arrange it in a particular way. Structuring your PPT allows you to put your main points in a clear and logical manner.

Design your PPT

After you have structured your PPT, you can begin to design it. To design a PPT means to decide how it will look. When designing a PPT, you should consider its layout, visuals, and text.

Revise your PPT

Once you have finished your PPT,you may want to revise it. To revise means to look at something again and adjust it. Revising your PPT allows you to improve it before you present it.
