使用 jupyter notebook 写 python（windows）

1.安装Python

    官网下载python，并安装

    修改pip源：在%appdata%里创建pip文件夹，创建pip.ini

    [global]

    index-url = http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple

    [install]

    trusted-host=mirrors.aliyun.com

2. 安装jupyter notebook

    pip install jupyter notebook

3.启动jupyter notebook

    新建文件夹py_tesy，运行cmd，进入这个文件夹（ctrl+shift+右键），输入 jupyter notebook 即可启动
