跟读内容：今天跟读的是C10 Test2 Par4的第11句到第20句

1、Many societies are much more fluid and democratic, and the structure of companies is changing to reflect that.(C10 Test2 Par4第15句)
跟读这句话发现，fluid不仅可以用来形容液体的流动，同时也可以用来抽象的表达社会人口的流动性。
Our society is now much more fluid than before.
2、I think we're going to see a greater emphasis within companies on teams created with a specific project (Q36) in mind.(C10 Test2 Par4第16句)
跟读这句话好多遍，单词好像都听到了，就没听懂什么意思。后来发现问题出在对句型结构的不理解上。
正常的一个emphasis on 的结构，中间被一个within companies 间隔开，导致我失去了对emphasis on 的把握，句子变成了碎片，怎么也听不明白了。
3、And when they're completed, the teams will be disbanded and new ones formed.(C10 Test2 Par4第17句)
跟读这句话，学到一个新单词disband，表示解散某个组织的意思，一般用来描述解散军队，委员会、国会等，比如disband a troop, disband a parliment, disband a band, disband an organizaiton.
而后面new ones formed 实际上不是用错了过去式，而是new ones will be formed的简写，因为并列句，前面已经有了will be, 后面可以不重复。
