According to the data released by the Ministry of Finance, from January to December 2017, China's general public budget revenue totaled 17,256.7 billion yuan, with an increase of 7. 4 percent year-on-year, the general public budget expenditures totaled 2033 billion yuan, with an increase of 7.7 percent over the previous year.
Fiscal revenue in 2017
From January to December 2017, China's general public budget revenue totaled 17,256.7 billion yuan, of which 81,119 billion yuan was received from the central general public budget. Tax revenue of general public budget revenue totaled 14436 billion yuan, up 10.7% year on year.Non-tax revenue was 2820.7 billion yuan, down 6.9 percent year on year.
Income from the main taxes has been increased over the previous year.The tax revenue of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries increased considerably, and structural adjustment and kinetic energy conversion are more obvious in tax revenue.
Driven by the in-depth implementation of "made in China 2025" and the sustained and rapid development of equipment manufacturing and high-tech industries, the tax revenue of general equipment manufacturing, special equipment manufacturing, computer communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing increased by 23.5%, 20.9% and 21.6% respectively. Besides, the growth of the culture and entertainment industry and the entertainment industry, the Internet and the relevant services, software and information technology services are growing by 17.4%, 55.1 percent, and 36% not only because of the new growth and new kinetic energy, the tax cuts and the reduction of the tax rate and the energy of the economy, but the growth of the culture, tourism, information and so on.
As tax revenues go up, non-tax revenue is down 6.9 percent, and the main reason is that it's a state issue, and it's a full clean-up charge, canceling or canceling some of the administrative charges.
National fiscal expenditure in 2017
From January to December 2017, China's general public budget expenditures totaled 2033 billion yuan, an increase of 7.7% over the previous year. The central government spent 2985.9 billion yuan on the same level of the general public budget, an increase of 7.5% over the previous year. Local general public budget expenditures totaled 17,347.1 billion yuan, an increase of 7.7 percent over the previous year.
