my 5step process to getting what you want out of life
the you i am reffering to here is the strategic you-the one whois deciding onwhat you want and how best to get it,previously refferred to as you (1).
there are five things that you have to do to get what you want out of life.first,you have to choose your goals,which will determine your direction.then you have to design a plan to achieve your goals.on the way to your goals,you will encounter problems as i mentioned,these problems typically cause pain.the most common source of pain is in exploring your mistakes and weaknesses.you will either react badly to the pain or react like a master problem solver.that is your choiceto figure out how to get around these problems you must be calm and analytical to accurately diagnose your problems.only after you have an accurate diagnoses of them can you design a plan that will get you around your problems.then you have to do the tasks specified in the plan.through this process of encounteringproblems and figuring out how to get around them,you will become progressively more capable and achiee your goals more easily.then you will set bigger,more challenging goals,in the same way that someone who works with weights natuarlly increases the poundage.this is the process of personal evolution,which i call my 5step process.

获得生命中想要的你必须需要做5件事。第一选择你的目标,这将决定你的方向。然后你必须设计一个获得目标的计划。在实现目标的过程中,你回遇到我之前提到的困难和问题。通常这些问题带来痛苦。通常来说最普遍的痛苦来源是对自己的错误和弱点的反思。不管是粗暴地对待自己的问题还是以一种解决问题高手的姿态面对。这都是你自己选的。微乐成功跨越这些问题,你必须足够冷静地分析,精准地诊断出自己的问题。在诊断出问题具体的原因后你才可以设计出一个切实有效的解决问题的方案和计划。然后就是执行这个计划,具体到其中的细节。在面对问题,解决问题的过程中,你逐渐地具备能力更容易实现目标。然后你再设定高一点的目标,更有挑战的没目标,同样的,这跟锻炼肌肉的人,不断加码哑铃的重量一样。这既是个人进化论,我称之为"5大步骤"。
