Happy New Year! So many great things to look forward to at BCIS this coming year – including our new Technology Lab. Teachers have already started collaborating on new technology-inspired projects. We are all very excited!

New Parent Orientation– New parents and old parents are welcome to attend the BCIS Orientation on January 12th from 6:00 – 8:30 pm. Light snacks will be served.

迎新会——欢迎各位新老家长1月12日下午6点到8点半来我校参加迎新会。我们将准备一些小点心。

Chinese Cultural Event– Our Chinese teachers are preparing for the New Year with an afternoon of culture, language and food. Join us from 1:30 – 4:15 pm according to the schedule below:

中国文化节——我校中文老师为新年准备了一场盛大的中国文化节活动,此次文化节的主题是"舌尖上的BCIS"。请在1月18号下午1点30分到4点15分来参加我们的文化节,流程如下:

1:30 ~ 2:15

LTC/1st Grade

学前班/一年级

2:15 ~ 3:30

2nd/3rd Grade

二年级/三年级

3:30 ~ 4:15

4th/5th Grade

四年级/五年级

There will be games, Student Talent Show, Food, and fun for everyone.

当天还会有一些游戏和才艺表演,欢迎大家来参加。

Chinese Book Author Coming to BCIS!– January 20th we will have Chinese Author, Ms Li, presenting her latest book entitled “The Lucky Chipmunk”. Please join the LTC to 5th grade students for this exciting book read. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase.

著名的绘本作家将要来BCIS啦! 1月20日,一位著名的绘本作家会来到BCIS跟大家分享她的最新作品"The Lucky Chipmunk”。请和学前班~五年级的孩子们一起加入故事会吧！当天还会有签名售书环节。
