git clone 遇到 unable to access..Failure when receiving data from the peer

//取消http代理
git config --global --unset http.proxy
//取消https代理 
git config --global --unset https.proxy

// 有vpn,找到端口52595,更改之后速度快
git config --global http.proxy 'socks5://127.0.0.1:52595'
git config --global https.proxy 'socks5://127.0.0.1:52595'

取消代理即可
