关于新浪云服务器未启动-Python搭建微信开发平台

框架：Django 1.11
服务器：SAE
微信公众开发平台

1.config.yaml

version: 1

2.index.wsgi

import sae

def app(environ, start_response):
    status = '200 OK'
    response_headers = [('Content-type', 'text/plain')]
    start_response(status, response_headers)
    return ['Hello, world!']

application = sae.create_wsgi_app(app)

当我用浏览器打开下面链接可以看到Hello, world!

config.yaml 和index.wsgi 两个文件已经使用git工具上传到新浪云
请问可以有哪些解决方法？
