I like his speech just like How much I like enjoying the coffee in their stores during my spare time. We all know that it is not only about the coffee. It is about the experience you had there all over the times. Just as Hewlett-Packard told us in this speech. People they think STARBUCKS are excellent at building their brand by marketing. He gave us the truth,"we suck at marketing". They won the race of market more by built their enterprise in a Different way.

Ubunte( I am because of you.). Hewlett-Packard learned this word from the local people in South Africa. And I learned this word from his speech. He said not every bussiness decision is a economic one. The Primary Currency IS Trust. That is something really valueable! The people who are fighting with you are deserve the love from their family. So from my point of view, the most important thing for a enterprise to win their bussiness is sharing your success first. Put your people on the journey of sharing the sucess with.
There is a fragile balance which can be set up between the commercial profit and social responsibilities. The responsibility is also for your team members who are right beside you. Be a servent leader. You will regreate that you should have already realized it as long as you are doing it.
Be damn curious! Be really curious about the world and about the surroundings. You can get pretty much free precious lessons from people around you, the things going on beside you. Growing up and getting older with your curious heart, you ca explore people can't get without it. Why not try to get a polychrome life, you will go through your life though Anyway!
