1) warm up: I a limited space we started with juggling, then dribbling. During dribbling,the kids had to keep head up for taking information all around the training space, avoid the cohesion with other players or kicking the corners

3) the third exercise was speed with ball. 3players in the group had to take one by one their to a certain distance ... more point to the quickest players.
