Today, we are heading to a new Online Property transaction system - Matrix.

Matrix is an advanced transaction System.  It brings us varieties of updated functions compared with its old ones, and it require us to explore and be adapted to the new features.

This is the 2nd seminar I took this morning about the details of the system. The Office Manager has explained and guided us through the whole access. It is tough for me and I am eager to grab it as soon as possible.

Computer software is being updated constantly. We have to catch up anyway regardless of its hardness.

I will have to spend more time to master this new system, and I hope it can fasten my deals and will generate more business eventually.

2021 has finally kicked off. I know economics are dropping due to Covid-19. Many, many businesses have been shut down or closed. And somehow, we still got to hope for the best, prepare for the it and accept those worsening things.

Life is not easy, let’s stay safe and be optimistic. Let’s not give up our efforts and our hope at any rate.
