环境安装 |Windows 7 安装Python2.7.13 错误及解决方法

在win7下安装Python2.7.13的时候碰到一个报错信息，这边就及时记录下来 以便以后查看和帮助其他人避免继续踩坑
由于没有及时保存现场，这个图是网络上截取的

如何在 Windows 中执行干净启动

1. 通过登录win7的Administrator用户
2. 单击“开始”，在“开始搜索”框中键入 msconfig.exe，然后按 Enter 键启动系统配置实用程序。
   注意如果系统提示您输入管理员密码或进行确认，请键入密码或进行确认。
3. 在“常规”选项卡上，单击“有选择的启动”，然后单击以清除“加载启动项”复选框。（“使用原有 Boot.ini”复选框不可用。）
4. 在“服务”选项卡上，单击以选中“隐藏所有 Microsoft 服务”复选框，然后单击“全部禁用”。
5. 重启电脑
6. 重新执行Python2.7.13的软件包安装程序
7. 正确完全安装
