I do sport every day,like running and playing ping-pong.It makes me strong and full of energy.For sleep,I always go to bed early and get up early.And I usually read books before sleeping,which helps me relax.For food,I often eat fruits and vegetables.They are good for my health.I never have potato chips or coffee,as they are not healthy.

Keeping fit is important for us to have a happy and active life.Different people have different ways to keep fit.
I'm Gina.I think getting enough sleep is good for health.When I don't have enough sleep,I may feel tired and sleepy.And I don't want to do anything at all.To us middle school students, eight hours' sleep is all right for our body.Besides,we should eat a balanced diet.Don't eat junk food and start having fresh fruit,vegetables and nuts instead.
My name is Peter.I know exercise is the key to keeping fit.I take half an hour in the morning to go running every day.This is easy for me and it helps me to lose weight.I am in the school sports club too.There I practise playing tennis and now I am strong and healthy.
I am Rosa.I think having good hygiene habits is very important.This can prevent me from getting sick.I wash my hands before meals.And I take a bath every two days.As for my clothes,I keep them clean and tidy every day.Doing these can keep me fit in life.
