今天的会议质量极高，且意义特殊。工作在上海来自于马达加斯加的锦佳一家人也参与其中，更有Judy的新会员入会仪式，仪式感满满，活动十分精彩。
1. 接待环节：judy为适应时间官角色，提前1小时到场做准备，还协助开空调、开灯；周易也提前到场帮忙布置会场。
暖场游戏很精彩，桃花朵朵开。
2. 主持环节：主持人小马哥表现出色，各环节串词幽默且富有激情，对国际头马和嘉兴斯托的开场介绍也很到位，但英语流利度欠佳，需改进。
3. 备稿环节：
小马哥的备稿《Looking back（再回首）》以唱歌开篇，故事清晰，讲述了面对困难的解决方法及加入头马后应对挫折的调整与成长，但英语需更流畅，部分单词和句子使用不规范。
Judy的演讲十分出色，舞台站姿、走位、肢体语言及声音抑扬顿挫都很棒，内容有故事、有逻辑（用1234分点），建议下次补充演讲目标并在结尾做总结。
Sherry的演讲依旧充满激情与能量，自信十足，形体、表情动作都很到位，唯一遗憾是需提升时间控制能力，亮红牌时要尽快总结。
4. Table Topic环节：Filippa结合马达加斯加伙伴锦佳一家的跨国家庭背景，设计“跨国”主题，新颖且具异国风情，参会人员（Sherry、Judy、Zoe、Stella、Mario、锦佳）的选材（异国工作生活、美食、交通、向往的城市）都很好，但建议使用P-R-E-P结构并在结尾升华，让内容更完整。
5. 备稿评估环节：
Sherry点评精准，能对演讲主题和内容做反馈回顾，但对前几位演讲者的评论不够详细，需改进。
Zoe对Mario和Sherry的点评精准丰富，既肯定优点也提出建议，还通过动作还原演讲过程，反馈效果好。
Mario对Judy的演讲点评细致，清晰指出优点、需坚持之处和改进点，最终获得“最佳点评角色”，这是他许久未得的荣誉。
6. 会议角色：
时间官Judy表现出色，记录详细，全程忙碌，建议举红牌时提醒大家加快总结、结束发言。
语法官Sherry记录了全场会议的好词好句，建议补充语法用词次数的统计。
总评Zoe对会议接待、主持、点评人等环节做了完整回顾，让大家重温高质量会议过程，建议对来宾反馈和入会仪式（如增加礼品提升仪式感、优化来宾介绍助其融入）、暖场环节（增设惩罚措施）提出改进方向。

来宾感言：来宾发表本次会议参会感受，马达加斯加一家人，很高兴参加会议，希望下次继续参加！
Today's meeting was of extremely high quality and held special significance. In addition to participants from Shanghai, the family of Jinjia from Madagascar also joined. What made it even more special was the new member induction ceremony for Judy, which was filled with a strong sense of ritual, making the event truly wonderful.
1. Reception Session: To adapt to her role as the Timer, Judy arrived at the venue one hour in advance to prepare. She also helped turn on the air conditioning and lights. Zoe also arrived early to assist with venue setup.
2. Hosting Session: The host, Mario did an excellent job. His transitions between different segments were humorous and energetic, and his opening introduction to Toastmasters International and Jiaxing SiTo was thorough. However, his English fluency needs improvement.
3. Prepared Speech Session:
Mario’s prepared speech Looking back started with a song. The story was clear, telling about ways to solve difficulties and how he adjusted to and grew from setbacks after joining Toastmasters. Nevertheless, his English needs to be more fluent, and some words and sentences were used incorrectly.
Judy's speech was outstanding. Her stage posture, movements, body language, and the rhythm of her voice were all excellent. The content included stories and was well-structured (using points 1, 2, 3, 4). It is suggested that she add her speech objectives next time and include a conclusion at the end.
Sherry’s speech was as passionate and energetic as always. She was full of confidence, and her body language and facial expressions on stage were perfect. The only pity was that she needs to improve her time management skills and summarize quickly when the red card is shown.
4. Table Topic Session: Based on the cross-cultural family background of Jinjia and her family (partners from Madagascar), Filippa designed the "Cross-Country" theme, which was innovative and full of exotic charm. The topics chosen by the participants (Sherry, Judy, Zoe, Stella, Mario, Jinjia) — such as life and work abroad, foreign cuisine, transportation, and dream cities — were all great. However, it is recommended to use the P-R-E-P structure and elevate the content at the end to make the speeches more complete.
5. Prepared Speech Evaluation Session:
Sherry’s evaluation was accurate, providing feedback and a review of the speech themes and content. However, her comments on the first few speakers were not detailed enough and need improvement.
Zoe’s evaluations of Mario and Shirley were precise and comprehensive. He not only affirmed their strengths but also put forward suggestions. He even reenacted parts of the speeches through actions, resulting in very effective feedback.
Mario's evaluation of Judy's speech was detailed. He clearly pointed out the strengths, aspects to continue, and areas for improvement. Finally, he won the "Best Evaluator" award, an honor he had not received for a long time.
6. Performance of Officer Roles:
As the Timer, Judy did an excellent job. She kept detailed records and was busy throughout the meeting. It is suggested that she remind everyone to summarize and end their speeches quickly when holding up the red card.
As the Grammarian, Sherry recorded good words and sentences from the entire meeting. It is recommended that she add statistics on the frequency of grammar usage next time.
In the General Evaluation, Zoe gave a complete review of the meeting reception, hosting, evaluators, and other segments, allowing everyone to relive the high-quality meeting. It is suggested that he provide improvement suggestions for guest feedback and the induction ceremony (e.g., adding gifts to enhance the sense of ritual, optimizing guest introductions to help them integrate) and the warm-up session (e.g.adding penalty measures).
Overall, this meeting was of extremely high quality, and we look forward to everyone's participation next time.
After the meeting, to strengthen the friendship between Jiaxing SITUO and our Malagasy friends, Mario and Filippa represented the club in accompanying the Jinjia family and their children to a singing gathering. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful—a rare opportunity to connect. This not only deepened personal bonds but also enhanced cross-national friendship. Following the singing session, everyone enjoyed a dinner where they continued to unwind over drinks, laughing and chatting freely. The event didn’t conclude until after 8 PM, with everyone vowing to reunite again soon。
