I write this English dairy the purpose is improving my spoken English.
Maybe most of us have this opinion that If you to be an English teacher and your spoken English will be fluentand can talk about anything and chat with the foreigners naturally but actually it's not.
I'm an English teacher，I worked for the China training center.But we need to focus on the Chinese training center the world is Chinese.
In the training center we will be training and practicing how to improve our teaching method and teaching skills. However, my spoken English always in the same place.
It's so strange right？ Why did you stay in the training center and teach English but you couldn't be training or practicing the spoken English.
And what students have learned in your training center？Actually in China most of the training center always focus on the exam-oriented education. So Not only students abilities can't be improved but also teachers oral English will be limited.
