iOS13开发中present的问题

我们会发现present下方会被遮住一部分。
不多说直接代码：

Swift：
let vc = UIView() 
vc.modalPresentationStyle = .fullScreen
self.present(vc, animated: true, completion: nil)
OC：
UIViewController *vc = [[UIViewController alloc] init];  
vc.modalPresentationStyle = 0;
[self presentViewController:vc animated:YES completion:nil];
