CMSampleBufferRef转UIImage

设置视频流格式,PixelFormatTypeRGBA
用这句是因为视频流换成图片他的方向是不对了
UIImage *image = [UIImage imageWithCGImage:quartzImage scale:1.0f orientation:UIImageOrientationRight];
