1、查找符合某个model的第一条数据

2、通过resType来判断调用哪个仓储（CommonServiceHelper----isQuestionDb）

3、判断资源是否存在（NDResourceServiceImpl---checkResourceExist）

4、通过resType来获取Repository

5、获取当前的时间，并且为Timestamp类型
