1. think of
例句：
I have been terribly thinking of you since our last meet.

2. yearn much toward （也可以表示思念某人）
例句：
I yearn much toward my families.

3. heart ache for somebody
例句：
Her heart ached for her husband.

4. languish for“因思念而哀愁”的意思。
例句：
The mother languished for the sight of her son.

9.be anxious/concern/solicitous about 基本意思都是“担心、担忧”，引申为“挂念”
例句：
I am very concern about him.
我非常挂念他。
10. cherish the memory of someone “思念”“怀念”的意思了。
例句：
He is dearly cherishing the memory of his dead grandma.
