I need to remember that I am constantly creating my life with my dreams .

我要记住，我将不断用自己的梦想创造生活。

Likewise , I need to remember that I have the power to change my life in an instant .

同样的，我要记住，我有能力立刻改变我的生活。

I know that I am a victim of no one and nothing .

我知道，我不是任何人或事的牺牲者。

Change will come only when I completely accept how things are .

只有当我完全接受现实，改变才会出现。

In order to grow , I must stretch beyond my comfort zone .

为了成长，我必须离开眼前的安逸。

My present power lies in the present moment and no where else .

现在我的力量不在别处，就在此时此刻。

I can grow from being happy as well as from being unhappy .
