I don't agree that don't start a business until people are asking you to but preparation is essential. Although there are less people successed, they always are the people who dare to take a gamble. Producing a product is a process, it needs feedback time and time again to optimise its process and design. When you have an idea that you want to do something different, you can find a partner on your own initiative. It's impossible that you prepare enough perfect that you are sure to success. There must be some risks, have a try if you are affordable.
