退休之期既至，我心感慨万千。忆往昔职场生涯，我奋力拼搏，殚精竭虑，以求功业之成、理想之达，然劳心瘁形，责任沉重。今致仕之钟敲响，当释案牍之繁琐，寻心之所向。
“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山。”退休非生命之停滞，实乃新程之开启。时充裕且自主，可为之昔因事务而中断者，能安然坐阅未曾览之典籍，沉浸于书海，以充实内蕴。
本欲遍游山川，历览祖国名岳，怎奈家有患病之妻，亦有年事高堂，然仍可探寻夹山之秘，垂钓仙阳之鱼，攀登壶瓶之顶。以步丈量大地，用心感悟苍天，途中结交新友，聆听异闻，拓我见识。
退休亦为归家之良时。将多陪伴家人，共度温馨时刻。与子女相伴，同其悲欢；侍奉双亲于堂前，尽孝悌之大义，得心安而意满，享阖家之温暖。
又思投身社会事务，发挥余之热力，为世间贡献力量。可参与志愿之务，援助所需之人；亦可操持旧业解人疑惑，丰富他之生活，散发自身之余热。
退休乃人生之新开端，我将以积极之心、饱满之情拥抱之。于此新程，求索不停，进取不止，使退闲之日充满阳光与欢乐，弥补职时之遗憾，书写人生之华章。
The period of retirement has arrived, and my heart is filled with countless emotions. Looking back on my career in the workplace, I strived hard and exhausted all my efforts to achieve success in my career and reach my ideals. However, it was mentally and physically exhausting, and the responsibilities were heavy. Now the bell of retirement rings, and it's time to let go of the cumbersome paperwork and seek what my heart desires.
"Picking chrysanthemums under the eastern fence, leisurely, I see the southern mountains." Retirement is not the stagnation of life but the beginning of a new journey. There is abundant time and autonomy now. I can do what was interrupted due to business in the past. I can sit peacefully and read the books I haven't read before, immersing myself in the sea of books to enrich my inner self.
I originally wanted to travel all over the mountains and rivers and visit the famous mountains of the motherland. Unfortunately, there is a sick wife at home and elderly parents as well. However, I can still explore the mysteries of Jiashan Mountain, fish in Xianyang, and climb the top of Huping Mountain. Measure the land with my steps and feel the heaven with my heart. Make new friends on the way and listen to strange stories to broaden my horizons.
Retirement is also a good time to return home. I will spend more time with my family and share warm moments together. Be with my children, sharing their joys and sorrows; serve my parents in front of the hall, fulfilling the duty of filial piety, and achieving peace of mind and satisfaction, enjoying the warmth of the family.
I also think of devoting myself to social affairs, exerting my remaining energy and contributing to the world. I can participate in volunteer services to assist those in need; I can also engage in my old profession to solve doubts for others, enrich their lives and give out my remaining enthusiasm.
Retirement is a new beginning in life. I will embrace it with a positive heart and full emotions. In this new journey, I will keep seeking and making progress without stopping, making the days of retirement full of sunshine and joy, making up for the regrets during my working years, and writing the glorious chapter of my life.
