这张照片是我今天拍的，地点在 Hatchlands Park, 是National Trust保护管理的一个公园。
National Trust,全称为National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty，简称为National trust，通俗称呼其为“国家信托“。由三位英国义工发起，成立于1895年。成立之初，是因为担心英国快速而无法控制的工业化对环境生产产生不良影响，于是成立该组织。目前，是英国目前最大的慈善组织，也是全英国拥有最多会员的组织。（参见文章http://www.bangli.uk/13091.html）

每年孩子们放假的时候，他们都会组织很多适合家庭参与的活动。所以英国很多父母都是National Trust 的会员。
今天带孩子们在那里玩捉迷藏（hide and seek)，两个三岁的孩子，还不是太懂捉迷藏的规则, 当我躲起来的时候，我家老大开始哭起来，以为妈妈不见了。孩子是非常需要安全感的，他们依赖自己的妈妈，只有妈妈在身边他们才能放心的玩。捉迷藏也是一定要跟妈妈躲在一起的。如果妈妈忽然不见了，他们就会失去安全感，从而紧张，不安。这也是为什么孩子去幼儿园会有分离焦虑的原因，尤其是从来没有跟妈妈分开过的孩子，需要更长的时间来适应分开的过程。如果妈妈一定要跟孩子分开，一定要跟他说再见，并且告诉他回来接他的时间，如果孩子不停的哭闹，就可以从一两分钟的分离开始，慢慢增加时间长度，这样孩子知道妈妈离开还会再回来的，他们就可以在幼儿园放心的玩。
带孩子在户外玩也是一样，一定要在孩子的视线范围内，这样可以保证他的安全感。
