Sleep

1. How many hours do you usually sleep? 

usually 7  to 8 hours.

What time do you usually go to bed? What time do you usually wake up? 

I have a regular schedule.  I often go to bed before midnight and get up before eight o 'clock

Do you manage to sleep as much as you need? If not, why not?

yes.I like sleep .Early to Bed,Early to Rise-Nothing  makes it harder to concentrate than  sleep  deprivation.

It be to hold you active in the daytime.

Because of this routine,I now start my days slowly, in peace,doing the things I  love,mindfully.

2. Are you a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Do you need an alarm clock to wake up?

Im light sleeper.Nearly anything will wake me up,therefore, I need a  very  quiet room.

Yes,but you know For the “pleasure”of staying in bed  every morning, you ignore  your alarm clock.hhh .

3. What keeps you awake at night? How long can you stay awake for?

I remeber a sentence If thinking about doing what you love doesn’t keep you up at night, it’s probably not worth chasing.

but for me,  If something doesn't work out or is out of my control, I don't sleep well at night because I think about it all the time

4. Do you talk in your sleep? Do you know anyone who talk in their sleep? What do you think

people would say in sleep talking?

I dream,but neither talk nor walk.There are many reasons for talking in your dreams, which may be caused by stress or sadness or  hapiness.

5. Do you often fall asleep while watching the TV or reading? Do you usually take nap at lunchtime

or at another time of the day? Does it help with your productivity?

Yes.Often ,especially if the TV is showing the Korean plays

yes,the  siesta is essential to life,especially during  the summer.

I take my lunch break every day,since I can have the energy to study or thinking. 

yes ,very productivity.
